Mary Kay came to us with a challenge: create a nature‑inspired reveal that truly honors their leaders at Leadership Conference. So we started where we always do, digging into their story, their goals, and what “the road less traveled” really meant for their moment and this audience.

We took their buzz words and from there, we let the ideas flow: what if we brought a towering waterfall to life onstage to symbolize momentum, courage, and forward motion? That vision turned into sketches, renderings, and plans for a custom rock façade with a fifty five foot blue satin waterfall that spilled into a shimmering “river” across the stage.

Our production team then engineered and built every element- so this waterfall wouldn’t just look breathtaking, it could also vanish in an instant.

Next came the heart of it all: rehearsal. With Morgan Myles from The Voice Season 22 performing “Road Less Traveled,” we synced every cue to her vocals as she climbed the rock façade, step by step, toward the big moment.

At the final crescendo, the waterfall disappeared… and 14 Mary Kay leaders were suddenly revealed behind it. The crowd went absolutely bananas.

From listening and dreaming, to designing, building, rehearsing, and finally delivering a reveal no one sees coming, but no one forgets.
